It's a Return to Rationing!

I picked up my food journal on Monday.  I had abandoned it and the last date I'd recorded in it was November 18.  I looked at the two weeks prior to my last entry and they were looking less than thorough.  I hadn't counted like I should and taken the time to really look up all of the items I was consuming.  Additionally, it was just sloppy.  I can tell that I was mentally checking out on it.

However, it's back to the grind now and it's amazing how much more attention I pay to what I'm eating when I use it.  Have any of you started journaling?  I first wrote about it here.  It's one of the best ways to lose weight.
