Workout Wednesday: A Calorie Burning Counter

I found a great online calorie counting tool... and one that counts the calories I've burned!  It's one thing to count all the ones I consume, but it's much more fun to rack up the ones I've taken off.  Check out this easy-to-use-counter that's on Glamour's website.

As always, now is the time to share my workout activities for this week (beginning last Wednesday to today). I hope they keep you motivated to record your own workouts. I'll be labeling the activities "L" for "leisure" and "V" for "vigorous" based on the basics I shared in a previous post:

1/2 (Sun.) Did 35 minutes of yoga (on my new mat!) (L)
1/4 (Tues.): Did one hour kick-boxing class at Jordin's Paradise (V)

So, is it super obvious that I'm still getting back into the post-holiday grind?  Ugh.
