Simply: I'm trying to lose weight before the big 3-0.
A little bit more: I'm trying to lose 30 lbs. through education, accountability, and networking. I want to have candid conversations about weight loss, food, fitness, nutrition, and health.
I'm a writer by nature, so some posts may be more artsy and I'm okay with that. Hope you are too. I'm no expert nor am I certified in a particular health profession.
