Simply: I'm trying to lose weight before the big 3-0. A little bit more: I'm trying to lose 30 lbs. through education, accountability, and networking. I want to have candid conversations about weight loss, food, fitness, nutrition, and health. I'm a writer by nature, so some posts may be more artsy and I'm okay with that. Hope you are too. Food For Thought Friday: Homemade Whole Wheat Goldfish!
My friend Jennifer often hooks me up with fun, easy and/or interesting recipes. Her thoughts regarding food are inspiring. They revolve around seasons and healthy eating. So, when she sent me this recipe I knew I'd have to share it.
I haven't made them yet, but they sure look scrumptious and cute! Happy fishing, er, eating!
